Went through the drive thru tonight and got 2 baconators fries, 2 small chocolate frosty and a son of baconator cheeseburger. So we pull off from the window and looked in our bag and we didn't have our burger. So we pull back around. My husband gets out and goes up to the window and tells them. The lady in the window say yeah she has it with a attitude and come to find out it was the wrong burger and we didn't have any forks to eat our fries. And they didn't even say sorry. Try to call them after all this and they won't answer
I've never been to this Wendy's where I haven't had to wait at least 30 minutes in the drive-thru line with only a couple cars in the line and often times the food I received wasn't good and a lot of the time barely warm or cold. They lock the lobby doors so you can't go inside either, even though in-dining/to-go is an option. It's a shame that I have to drive across town to get Wendy's when there is one right down the street. And often times when I do I get back quicker and get better cooked food before I would even get through the line at this location.
Did a mobile order and then didn’t have half of my order in the bag when I got home the fries was stale and the chili was cold
Love me a Dave's double with no ketchup or mustard. So good if there fresh the one on strawberry plains Pike not so much the bun was fresh out the freezer. Literally cold and hard didn't even try to thaw it out and the meat was so old. Never will I do it again.
I visited the drive thru on a Tuesday around 7pm. Three staff members sat outside talking. I waited at the drive thru for longer than I should have with no response. Ended up going to arbys. When I looked at reviews, this is a common thing. Google says this location is open till 1am so would be nice to actually have the staff answer waiting customers during their own posted hours. I won’t be back. Management needs to address this issue as obviously it’s repeating.
