Hard to resist the halloumi cheese, and I get the mixed meat platter to load up on protein and calories, all pretty tasty

We visited the taverna after a day full of activities. 12 people (1 Greek and 11 Dutch all Greece maniacs, more than 30 years holidays in Greece it was paradise really. The food was excellent (you really should try the lamb gyros . Eggplant balls μελιτζανοκεφτεδες , spanakopita were delicious, tzatziki had a really nice twist (I didn’t dare to ask what was the magic ingredient , but above all that we felt home and warm in our hearts just chatting with Maria and the rest of the crew. Really cosy experience (erg gezellig and great atmosfeer. Really great value for your money.
