Authentic South Thai food. Original taste and ingredients. The owner is also fun to talk. Great portion with reasonable price. Very recommended! Everything is super delicious. Spicy but very pleasant. I wish I could eat more.

I've been back to Thailand for a few years. Last time I was here, I found what was my favorite restaurant on my favorite island. I've been thinking about krua Dan Thai since. I just returned to Thailand. I went to Phuket where the Michelin guide was. I went as many as I could and I loved everyone. I went to Khao Lak and they also had the leader there so I used it to find the best of the best. It was all amazing. I just came to Koh lanta and the first place I wanted to eat was krua Dan Thai. After the Michelin guide for the better part of two weeks, I was blown away. Krume Dan Thai was and is better than any bib gourmand restaurant I had on this trip (about 10). It's the best Thai food I had in Thailand. And it's just a small place on Koh lanta. I have only one complaint: As a fan, I give another menu that is not most of what I eat here. My Thai friend gets the right menu and it delivers. I am not sure that the work is here, but I would just suggest to go and tell them that you are dishes from the Thai menu. Whatever they want to do you. I'll long this restaurant forever.

One of the best restaurants in this area. But if you don't like it, you have to tell them because otherwise they cook it in the real Thai style that is too sharp for many Westerners.
