Riccio D'oro - Kobe

I couldn't believe how creamy and delicious the vegan ice cream was at this restaurant. There were so many flavors to choose from, it was almost overwhelming. I tried the pistachio and limited time chestnut flavors, both of which were incredible. I highly recommend visiting this place. It's a shame that it's not closer to the main strip, as it would surely attract a lot more customers. The employee who served us was very friendly and helpful. I also ordered a coffee with almond milk, which was a nice touch. The shop clearly states that they do not use any animal products.

We had a large ice cream with a gourmet selection of flavors at this restaurant. We visited on a Saturday afternoon and there was a small line. This review has been updated from a previous rating on June 4th, 2022.

One more of my favorite ice cream cakes! What a pleasure is to look at the Italian style Gelato freezer and have it all vegan! On our short trip to Kobe we drove twice, and every taste was just sooo good! We tried caramel, hazelnuts, pistachios, Richocream, Rum Rosin, Mont Blanc, cheesecake and figs. I am so happy that they also have an online store, so I can bring it to Tokyo too!

The vegan ice cream at this restaurant is delicious with a wide variety of options, including seasonal flavors. The prices are reasonable, so I definitely recommend giving it a try!

It’s such a treat to find a place with vegan gelato. I keep going back to try all the flavors, especially the seasonal ones. Everything is creamy and delicious. You HAVE to go here if you’re in Kobe! It’s not to be missed!
