Lovely restaurant. To my best knowledge authentic cuisine, either way, delicious food. Quite spicy for myself, so make sure you can handle that. It is an experience that Zou should give a try

AVOID. I went here last night with my boyfriend, I’d been once before a few years ago and had a great experience, but not this time. Though the food was good, the service, atmosphere and value for money was TERRIBLE. When we arrived we waited for 15 minutes before seeing a member of staff to seat us, the one server would the disappear for 15 minutes at a time throughout our meal so despite wanting more water/drinks we weren’t able to order them before finishing our food. When the bill came we were shocked, we were charged 20kr/£2.50 for a glass of tap water and 25% (it’s 12.5% in London and optional) for service despite it being non-existent. We were then told their card machine didn’t work and we’d have to pay using PayPal, seriously dodgy place.

Nice place with good food. An exciting taste experience and good service. Try a round Zula Speciel, it is highly recommended.

Cozy and charming little place with lots of personality. Friendly staff, comfortable local and excellent coffee at good prices. Can definitely be recommended and I will certainly come again.

Super authentic dining experience. Warm and welcoming service from honest working people. I wanted to circle back and try again immediately as I left the building. If you're in for an African dining experience, this is a must.
