Baryl in Copenhagen offers a delightful dining experience, but it does have its drawbacks. During my visit, the staff were noticeably stressed and struggled to keep up with the demands. While they were kind, the overwhelming pace left them lacking in assertiveness. This resulted in dirty plates remaining on tables throughout our meal, which detracted from the otherwise pleasant atmosphere. Despite these issues, the food at Baryl was impressive, making our visit worthwhile. A potential solution to improve efficiency could be utilizing the dead space by the display fridge as a collection area, possibly concealed by a wall divider. This could streamline operations and help the staff manage better under pressure. Overall, I'm glad I tried Baryl. The food was good, but there's room for improvement in their service and cleanliness management
