Harlekin - Koebenhavn

The staff is very rude. We ordered half grill chicken and received a piece with a thigh and a wing without the chicken breast. That is not a half a chicken. They argued with us and didn't want to pay us our money back. This is the worst place ever. Avoid at all costs.

First impressions: there were 3 staff and it didn't seem like a place you got a very good impression of and felt welcome. Welcoming and service: The three behind the counter were talking a little and one of them was joking, what about you hum just keeps working and forgets about serving us. Also, my boyfriend jokes about whether they accept cash and someone else walks by and almost laughs at that question and here I want to find another place to eat. But chooses to stay anyway. The food: I got a 1/2 grilled chicken with French fries and a 1/2 l soft drink DKK 99 and there was a small pile of French fries without a hint of salt. But the food was hot and the chicken was good enough. But too high a price for such a SMALL meal And the boyfriend had ordered a jumbo Burger menu but the burger was completely smothered but otherwise nice enough but again for 99 kroner and it's not worth it here Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Worst service!!! Employees have attitude and sulk. The food was ok but won't be back as the staff were terrible. How has Bakken not closed the place yet? Service: Dine in

The best restaurant in all bakkens. I was served two kinderburger meals with mold, and when I asked for ketchup, they needed extra money (I never had a Burger restaurant all over the world for it in a children's menu rude personal and dirty kitchen and tables.
