Pilekaelderen - Koebenhavn

Very delicious butter bread, on homemade rye bread. Everything was fresh and prepared for order with very good taste and homemade components. Can definitely be recommended. The two male servants were also super sweet, welcoming and created a nice atmosphere in the restaurant. The Desserts were also super tasty and delicious.

Following google reviews, we decided to come. We wanted to eat original Smorrebroods. We have not been wrong. We have ordered 2 each and ginger beer. Sufficient quantity and reasonable prices for Copenhagen.

We have just had a wonderful lunch at the Pilekælderen restaurant. The food was exquisite and tasted fantastic, accompanied by cold beer and schnapps. We finished with a lovely hot coffee, served by Torben, an excellent waiter who managed to create a cozy atmosphere without being intrusive. An overall experience that can be highly recommended!

Really enjoyed my meal here; the service was pretty good. The only thing I'd say is that it took a little while to have our order taken. Aside from that small thing, everything else went very smoothly and our food came out in a timely manner. It was very nicely presented and, for me, it was among the tastiest food I have tried in Copenhagen. It's a cosy restaurant, too. Nice atmosphere! I'd definitely come back to try more of their menu and I can recommend it.
