The best bag I've got so much taste in one, bite absolutely perfect!

Today in the Bagel shop for a cheap and good midday promotion, as they have a sign in which to promote their sandwiches for 39 kr from 11h to 14h. armed and the woman there worked smoking outside, making the whole odour inside. she came to take our order and I was a bit confused because I've never been there and she could see it clearly. not only this woman wore not a mask while she prepared our eating, she was also atmospheric and really didn't feel like she wanted to be there. I asked her what I could get on that sandwich and she said: 1 meat and everything they want. I made my sandwich as I wanted, and then my friends ordered her. when we went to pay instead of covering 39kr, she covered me 65kr. I asked why and she said it was because of the Cheddar cheese that was accepted to be 5kr? what still 't add up for what I had to pay, plus I was not informed that I had to pay more for the Cheddar cheese! once I tried to get a statement from her, she was rude and said it was my fault I didn't ask for the trips (which I didn't have to cuddle, it was said above, only not these extras) plus she said the promotion was only from Monday to Friday, which was not written anywhere. I paid and asked for her name and she refused to do that. I asked about my recipe and was not given either. Eating is actually good and quantities are also good. but the experience was terrible, and I will complain until I receive a satisfactory answer. the way this woman treated me as a costumer and how she neglected the rules through a pandemic, are crazy rude and I will take this opportunity further if nothing is done.

The staff is sooo nice, the bagels are cheap, generous and tasty!
