Scandic Front - Koebenhavn

Hotel in the central area, 4 star hotel, opposite the Ofelia Plads a few minutes from the picturesque Nyhavn canal. We stayed 2 nights in this hotel, at room 401, the room was spacious with all comforts, a comfortable armchair, a large desk with a PC chair, to complete the city's paintings and a magnificent window overlooking the Opelia Plads and Opera House. I recommend the reservation including breakfast, a wide range of products, from sweet to savoury with special attention to vegans and gluten free. The hotel is about 10 minutes' walk from the Kongens Nytorv metro station from which the trains depart by airport. It is a great compromise to visit the city thanks to its central location, the view of the Ofelia Plads allowed us to attend the various shows directly from the hotel room with a magnificent background. I also recommend room 401 as it has a privileged position, isolated from the noise of the elevator. The property has several lifts. Breakfast takes place from 7.30 to 10.30 in the two rooms on the ground floor, the first room on the left of the reception is wider with more products exposed, the second room has a better view but has less choice, so I recommend to take a tray and breakfast in the room with more intimate sea view than the first room that on weekend becomes very perhaps too crowded. If I had to return to Copenhagen the choice of the hotel is almost discounted, Scandic Front, to devote some pampering and live the capital Copenhagen in all hours of the day Enrolling (free) as Scandic member on the online site receive discounts on the reservation and services offered by the Scandic chain
