Feedback gevenWe ate here twice while we stay on Koh Samui. The food was good, but the buffet was quite limited every time we visited. And we thought there was something above the price for what we got, rice and 2 Veg selections for 50bht was good, but the extras that were usually 20bht at most other Jey sites we were 50 here. All in all its a good option if you are looking for some vegan foods for an affordable price. And the staff was super friendly! Updated by previous review on 2022-02-11
This restaurant is a typical Thai Jey establishment with a limited variety of about 3-4 pre-cooked dishes. It's best to arrive early for more selection. While the food may not be very warm, I found that reheating it at home improved the flavor, especially the curry. The restaurant offers basic seating and some snacks available for purchase or consumption on-site. Like all Thai Jey places, the prices are extremely affordable, with my curry costing only 40 Baht.
Despite its rustic location, this restaurant is a hidden gem. The Thai food is both delicious and authentic, and the service is incredibly friendly. Even arriving close to closing time, the kind lady allowed us to dine inside and even provided us with extra soup. I highly recommend this place if you're in search of affordable vegan Thai cuisine.
We dined at this restaurant twice during our stay on Koh Samui. The food was tasty, but we found that the buffet selection was quite limited each time we visited. We also felt that the prices were a bit high for what we received - paying 50bht for rice and 2 vegetable choices was reasonable, but the additional items that are typically 20bht at other similar places were priced at 50bht here. Despite this, it's a good choice if you're looking for affordable vegan options. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service.
This restaurant is a simple, no-frills spot with a limited selection of pre-cooked dishes. Arrive early for the best variety. The food may not be piping hot, but I found that reheating my curry at home actually improved the flavor. There is some basic seating available, as well as snacks for purchase or to enjoy on site. As is typical for Thai street food spots, the prices are very affordable - my curry only cost 40 baht.
