Customer service is horrible….need to go for hospitality training

There is a reason why I 'm giving 2 stars. I never been treated rudely in a resturant, the staffs were very rude. I called them n ordered food to this restaurant to come n eat over there (A male staff of the restaurant picked up the call) i clearly told them I 'll be having at there restaurant and place my order through the phone. When i came at there restaurant they were packing my food, Maybe they misheard what i said to them. So i just told them if i can eat at their place and told them of they could put those packed food on a plate so that i can eat in the restaurant but the owner said (not sure if owner or not but she was a middle age women with glasses) 'no, eat ur food somewhere ' n she denied placing the food on the plates (even toh i paid for the packing charges too) i was very shock when she said that so i asked her again if i could eat at the restaurant n she said 'do your wish ' (rudely, without even looking at me idk why she was so angry since i don’t think i did anything wrong asking if i could have the food here at the restaurant) Only after the second time i told them again, one of the waitress there severed plates for us because of the situation i couldn 't eat the food properly couldn 't enjoy eating it. I would have given 1 stars or 0 if possible if it weren 't for the food because the food wasn 't bad was just average not WOW. I didn 't appreciate the middle age women with glasses she wad very rude and didn 't bother to listen to me, after i tried to talk to her, she was just showing her anger to me so i stopped talking to her before anything happens between us Ik this reviews won 't affect their restaurant but i hope they treating their customers with respect n improve their customer service Anyways I 'm never coming back, disappointed with the staffs working there especially the women with glasses in the counter.

Loved everyBite... Gotta try it. Even the service are so welcoming.

The food is amaaazinggg!! But we need some comfy sofas.

Waitress got annoyed after she was told to clear the table we sat in, after which, she didn’t return to our table to take orders : So yeah we left.
