Burger King - Kokomo

Another business is suffering from a lack of personnel. Went through the drive-through, 2 vehicles were ahead of me, and it took almost 30 minutes for a number 1 meal and an extrasandwich. Honestly, they need to change the oil in the frier more often.

I wish I could share a picture of the so called large french fry.. there is 15 french fries and 10 little tiny pieces. For 3$ and some change seriously.. I did take a picture so if anybody care to see I will send it.. RIP OFF!! And the staff you can tell they literally do not care about anything.. it's no skin off their nose if they don't fill the large fries as it should be.

Most of the time this place is fresh and hot. However this last time our buns were all hard and almost stale. The fries were still good and hot. Sometimes you’re the window, sometimes you’re the bug

The food was ok the buns they are using now are some the worst I ever eaten. But everything else was just fine.

They are generally quick, friendly, and get your order correct on the 1st try. The only reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5 is because I've been there a few times and they could only make half of the stuff on the menu and a few other times I was told they wouldn't make me a shake because it was 30 minutes until they closed and they had already shut the machine down. I don't know how true that story was but I feel like I should be able to get a shake even if I came there 2 minutes before they close. All in all though this location is pretty good, especially when compared to the absolutely terrible McDonald's that is a neighbor to them!
