Food is fast and decent for what it is. Go in with the expectations low, and you won't be disappointed.Staff seemed more interested in the basketball games than helping customers, but once they got moving, they got things done.Fries are larger cut, so they aren't the most crispy. There is seasoning salt off to the side with the condiments, which makes them much better.Lemonade is good. Opted for it over soda.The main course, the all American, was good. There is plenty of meat and squeeze cheese. Added crispy onion instead of sautéed onion. Meat flavor is fine but very salty. Cheese balanced it well, but if that was double the cheese, then the normal must not be cheesy at all.I would go back here if I had a craving for fake cheese on beef. Other than that, five guys is a door over.

The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was pleasant, but the one I did not like was the two people making sandwiches talking over the food while making it, Fortunately they do it while making mind but the customer in front of me they talking alot and she noticed it ,and thought about not taking her food, she shared this with me , but I already saw this going on , onther than that it's good place for sandwiches.

This is our 4th time visiting! We are always greeted with friendly staff and a clean environment. This time around we got to meet the owner Caleb. Very nice and friendly! Stood and talked with us and made sure we were happy with everything! Couldn’t ask for better customer service and great quality food every time we visit! Would definitely recommend them if you are in the area!

Went in for lunch today and ordered a Kentucky Bourbon sandwich and some bacon cheese fries. Instead of informing me that they no longer have that one they decided to make me a pepercorn Parm sandwich without saying anything to me about it. Good thing I'm not allergic to anything that was on it . The fries were soggy cold and soaked in cheese. The bacon was not cooked all the way, and When I realized the sandwich was not only something I didn't order but was dry and had no flavor I called the store. The first time I called and explained they gave me the wrong sandwich he didn't give his name but informed me they no longer have the Kentucky Bourbon. So I asked why I wasn't told that when I ordered and he told me I didn't order that. I know what I ordered I even showed him on my phone. And hung up on me. So I called back and asked to speak to a manager. He told me I was speaking to keelee. And I again explained what happened. Turns out the guy who I first spoke to was the manager. He cut me off and explained that if I didn't like the sandwich that the problem was with my taste buds and not their fault. He proceeded to tell me he would not refund me or give me any type of credit and hung up on me AGAIN. this is by far the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I would have ranked a 5 star but the girl that waited on us named Ashley has a Johnny Cash T-shirt on giving the middle finger! Very offensive! That plus the hat sideways was a little gangsta looking. Most people who appreciate a job would dress appropriately. I know it’s hard to find people to work but they should be told what to wear to work! We come here all the time and I was a little disappointed !
