Constantly charging for the chips and salsa- double or not getting what you pay extra for, is not my type of taco s Absolutely love the owner , from only a few I teractions I would say he's a very wise, sweet, and interesting man and the food is prettyunique, and delicious. A lot of homade touches make the finished product stand out so much, like the famous handcut salsa andshredded beef. Being honest about the service I have received through the pandemic in my previous review is no longer relevantand I would like to correct my former statement. (It's sad when good businesses, ran by solid folks,with good products, andconsistent ingredients are lacking to find reliable help! No matter my prior sour review, I kept eating at gordos lol and thefood taste and quality has remained steady! If something goes awry they are very apt to correct it promptly. Overall worthtrying:

The tacos are quite bland, with little to no seasoning or salt on the meat. It would be nice if they offered limes or condiments to enhance the dish. The salsa was acceptable, but overall, the prices don't match the quality. After reading other reviews, it seems like my experience differed significantly from theirs, so I think I'll give it another chance.

I absolutely enjoy their salsa, which has a chunky texture that reminds me of pico de gallo. They have a wide range of meal options, and I particularly appreciate the choice between American-style and Mexican-style tacos.

I?ve been eating here for year?s. Best tacos, and the hot salsa is my favorite. It?s made fresh everyday. I can?t gat enough of it.

The steak tacos were amazing! I can't wait to come back and try the famous Gordo Burrito!
