Mcdonald's - Kokomo

The food was served hot and fresh, but lacked flavor. The fries were hot but had no salt. The milkshake was delicious, once the machine finally worked. The drive-thru experience was terrible, as I waited in line for 27 minutes, with most of that time being after I had placed my order.

I am extremely frustrated with the incompetence of the employees at McDonald's. Despite wanting $15 per hour, they cannot even put together a basic sandwich or read the orders in front of them. Unfortunately, it seems like nothing will ever improve at these locations. With billions in revenue, they can afford to lose some business.

The food I ate was fresh, but the person working at the front counter seemed more focused on their Snapchat than on assisting us.

Eating is always fresh from this mcdonald’s! they also get the special order right and this is a rare thing for fast eating! the and the north side mcdonalds are the best in kokomo.

Took An Half an hour to Get my drinks after food was already handed out didn’t make one of my drinks right it was supposed to be a Carmel iced coffee and they gave us a Mocha Frappe tried giving us 2 old melted shakes like come on do better
