Feedback gevenI had a disappointing experience on a Saturday evening around 5:30 PM. There was no clean silverware available, and our server placed the appetizer on the table but it sat there for 15 minutes before we received plastic utensils. I had to ask three times for proper silverware to enjoy my steak and crab legs. Meanwhile, other servers stepped in to help while our server seemed overwhelmed. Overall, it was a terrible experience. If you plan to dine here, be sure to bring your own silverware!
We had to wait 45 minutes for a table, but once we were seated, the service was excellent. The food was delicious, though quite pricey.
We encountered a few issues with our order, but I want to take a moment to recognize Manager Danny. He was incredibly helpful in resolving everything, genuinely listened to our feedback, and truly understands people. It was a pleasure working with him. Danny doesn’t hesitate to pitch in with his staff, whether it’s taking orders or delivering food, and he leads by example. Despite the minor hiccups, we were very pleased with our experience, and we plan to return specifically because of Danny.
We had a good time celebrating my sister’s birthday at Red Lobster. Our waitress Nicole was extremely kind and did a great job. All of the employees were kind and sang Happy Birthday to my sister. The food was delicious! We enjoyed our meal. The food was hot and delicious! The carpet needs replaced in the restaurant. It was horrendous to look at. Throughout the restaurant there are stains all over the place. It doesn’t look good for business. The men’s bathroom could use some work as well. There is a heater and caution sign under the sink that should be placed somewhere else if they are not being used. I take into consideration aesthetics and cleanliness when I give reviews. There needs to be some updates made to the restaurant.
Took my wife to dinner last night 2/18/2023 for our anniversary…BIG mistake! Our waitress was probably the worst I’ve ever had at any restaurant PERIOD! Refills? Nah, more biscuits NONE after our initial seating, even when we asked for another basket. Our food? well it was warm at best. Needless to say we’ll wait for a long time before we darken red lobsters door again. $98 bill $8 cash tip and that was me being generous after the horrible 2hr experience we had. Take your wife/husband elsewhere for a special occasion.
