Steak 'n Shake - Kokomo

This is the perfect place for teens or anyone looking for an affordable meal! The garlic steak burger is absolutely delicious. Be sure to grab a shake before you leave, too!

The service was absolutely terrible. After we were seated, it took 15 minutes for our server to take our drink orders. When we finally ordered our food, my daughter forgot to ask for honey mustard. It took another 10 minutes to get the server’s attention, and when we did, she rolled her eyes and said she would get it. By the time she returned 15 minutes later, it was no longer needed. The fries were cold, and our waitress had a rather snotty attitude. Additionally, there were numerous dirty tables around the restaurant, and the staff was extremely loud, yelling and goofing off with each other. I’m sorry to say that after visiting this establishment many times, I have noticed a significant decline in quality.

This Steak 'n Shake was a significant improvement over the last one I visited. The server was aware of our previous disappointing experience, which was my first time at this wonderful restaurant. This visit, the food was much better, and we didn't have to wait long to be seated or served. My shake was actually smooth this time, unlike the last one, and our food was served hot. Overall, I definitely prefer this location over the one I went to in Fort Wayne.

It us wonderful now! The self service is great because you don't have to wait on refills. Good customer service and meals are out quickly. The only thing I don't like is the discontinued their chicken strip meal.

Always amazing!! I ordered online and by the time I got there it was ready to go, never disappointed at steak n shake.
