Feedback gevenFood is good but disappointed that their card machine was down. They told no one and by the time you find out at the box your stuck in the line. To bad they are not more like the one on south Washington. This store could learn a thing or 2 about customer service from them.
Made me sick, all I got was 1 Jr. Bacon and fry. Felt queasy the rest of the day and ended up throwing up 6 hours later. Eating anywhere in this town is a joke.
This is the Wendy’s I normally go to. I used to work in customer service so I always make sure to use my “please” and “thank you’s” to food service workers. Today, I got a baked potato and when I put my fork in it, it was not soft at all and upon further inspection, noticed that there were parts of the potato that was ice cold. I went back and was very polite about explaining the situation (I understand, mistakes happen! and asked for fries and cheese instead. One employee proceeded to give me a hard time about the cheese and saying I had to pay for it. Even though the price of my baked potato would have been the same as a fri and cheese. I finally got both items and left without a single employee apologizing to me for the cold baked potato. I thought this was rude considering how polite I was when everyone knows that there are plenty of other people in this world that would have been mean to the employees over a cold baked potato. I know the employees don’t really care about this, but I will no longer be going to this Wendy’s. I am very disappointed.
9/10 times foods on point via mobile order. But sometimes they just can’t read and give you the wrong Sammy. Not a big issue
I was rushed through my order and staff were upset when I ordered another frosty when I got to the window. They threw my frosty’s from the frosty machine to the window where the carrier was. Had to go inside to get sauce and spoons. Will not return.
