The online and telephone service at Kokstad Spur is extremely poor, and they really need to improve in this area. Their online customer care requires significant attention, and this isn’t my first negative experience. Service: 1

The service was satisfactory, earning a moderate score of 3, and the atmosphere was similar, providing an average dining environment. Overall, it was a reasonable experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

The absolute WORST experience I’ve had at a Spur. We were sat down and waited 15 minutes before a waiter attended us. We waited another 30 minutes for the food, and another 45 minutes for them to bring a Kiddies pizza that was ordered the same time as our breakfast. The service definitely needs to be better, they are way too slow at even the quietest times and they do not have customer service AT ALL. We asked for the bill and we still hadn’t received the kiddies pizza. HUGELY DISAPPOINTED.
