Best maharastrian restaurant in town. My friend came from US after a long time and he missed his native food so much that he's only eating maharastrian food while he's here. So Amey was my first last choice for him. You will find every dish here which Marathi culture has to offer you. And not only the food is great but also it has decent atmosphere to spend good time.
A typical family restaurant famous for its signature Maharashtrian dishes. Located close to BKC hence usually crowded during afternoon lunch hours. We had ordered Farali Misal Upvaas Thalipith for a friend who had fast. For rest of people we ordered-1. Mutter Paneer 2. Paneer Tikka Masala (was much spicer than expected)3. Jeera RiceFood was tasty fasting dishes very crisp n nice as per my friend. The hotel deserves full marks for their cleanliness and hygiene.
Amazing place for Indian food. Have tried a lot of things here, their dal tadka, veg Kolhapuri, Modak etc are really good and reminds of ghar ka khana. Quantity is good. Very tasty. I order food and visit the place very regularly. Overall 5 start!
Fabulous place located opp MIG Cricket Club. Humble people and delicious maharashtrian/Punjabi food with total justice to your pocket and hunger. I am not usually up for sweets but after eating their piping hot modak (with ghee) I couldn’t resist and ended up buying 12 of them for home. Misal Pav,kothimbir vadi are my favourites. Also I would recommend their butter garlic nan and with any maharashtrian/punjabi vegetable. Good vibes and a perfect place for a family outing. I recommend Amey if you are in Bandra East or BKC and up for veg food.
