Delicious Taverna - Kolkata (Calcutta)

We tried crispy chicken as our starter and m so happy to say that it was more than enough for 3 people at just Rs240 !!!!! It's lip-smacking!!! The staffs are soo good keep up the good work... Do follow me on zomato for more such reviews!!! THANK YOU

The ambience was really awesome.i love the dhaniya chicken it was really good in taste.staffs were friendly and courteous.the quality and quantity were pretty good.

This multu cuisine restaurant is located just 8 mins walking distance from Sodpur SEP Railway station. Diner playing by train would need to get down at station and move towards amarabati bus stop. U can alternatively take an auto upto amarabati stop.<br/ Located just opposite to Domino's Sodpur.<br/ <br/ Ambience One has to enter through a narrow lane beatifully decorated with bulb hanglings and wooden log of chair style. Then finally the passage widens up and u get the main restaurant entrance. The passage ambience is something u will get stuck into for a while for sure, very unque and appealing.<br/ <br/ There are 2 sitting areas, one with table of 6 and 4 seating capacity can accommodate around 30 35 people. They also have a private lounge where there is capacity for 40+ people. The inside wall have been to the perfection. There is a giant LCD TV screen. Low light theme will be ideal for both lunch dinner.<br/ <br/ Items Ordered<br/ <br/ Cheese burst broccoli : Contained 6 pieces of cheese marinated soft broccoli which will just melt in your mouth.<br/ <br/ Crispy fish : Contained 6 crunchy round pieces of fish with very thin outer coating and very soft inside.<br/ <br/ Mixed noodles Consisting of shredded pieces if chicken, prawn, egg and baby corn. Overall nice taste and 1 plate of noodles sufficient for 2 people.<br/ <br/ Afghani kulcha Kulcha with Decent stuffings and soft covered with butter. Believe me 1 peices enough for 1 person.

Mutton Biriyani and chicken butter masala tasted good. Prices are reasonable. Quantity is good for two.
