This pure vegetarian restaurant is situated at about 10 minutes walking distance from chinnakada bus stop, Kollam . Have gone there twice , once before the covid lockdown and once during lockdown when only take-away is allowed. Ambience is nothing great to speak about. It is crowded with locals always. Had masala dosa/plain dosa here . The taste of food is decent here (nothing exceptional . Food is served quickly here. Can be visited for having south Indian vegetarian breakfast food if one is at chinnakada, Kollam.

The same as I remember it from my childhood. No bookings. Just walk in and it's always busy. Freshly prepared food. And costs nothing.

Guru Prasad is one of the oldest vegetarian hotel in Kollam. Well known for its tasty good. It will be difficult to get seats during peak hours. Price of food is very reasonable..

Really number one veg restaurant in Kollam city. Small but having many years of service history. Tasty food, low price and good management and staff. Recommending every one to visit this restaurant.
