Tortilla Republic Kitchen Margarita Bar

Our server was good and the bus boy was attentive. The Tuesday's tacos were very tasty, but my wife and I had to get 3 orders to get enough to eat. And, our appetites aren't what they used to be.

The service was wonderful. Hostess sate is right away with our reservations. Jo, our server was friendly and helpful. She did not blink an eye when one member of our party disliked the food and asked for something else. Maybe because we are from Texas and California we are spoiled with good Mexican food. The ambiance was wonderful and we we celebrating a birthday and they were very nice with churros.

We used to love this place but it has gone way downhill since it moved to the lower level. All I can say is that the food was gross and way over priced. I'm happy to pay good money for a good meal, but seriously this food was barely edible.

Service was very poor. Had to request that our waiter bring glasses for beer several times, had to ask waiter to bring other drinks several times. Noticed that waiter was more interested in talking with colleagues than looking after customers. Individual serving water was more interested in looking after table than waiter. Food was marginal for the price.

Don't miss this gem. We came by and had the tacos at the farmers market on a Wednesday and decided to set reservations for dinner the next evening. We were glad that we did.
