Hörnle Café und Restaurant - Konstanz

Lovely views over the lake with a nice terrace. Food is ok at a reasonablish price. Service is ok. Not many other options in the area.

Very popular with locals, great for families, this hilltop pub with food has great views, cheap plentiful local food (schnitzel, salad, wurst etc) beers and local wines. Park at bottom and walk up through vineyards or drive to top of hill. Enjoy great views, in summer evenings usually hot air balloons to see, outside play areas for kids.

We had a family lunch outside at the Café Restaurant Hornle. Service was excellent and the location is great. The food was bland and nothing to write home about. We tried a variety of dishes and none were especially good. Nice place to eat if you happen to be at the park. Very clean.

My extended weekend at Lake Constance in Konstanz, I had a meal before the trip home. Since at this time most restaurants do not offer a warm meal, I decided to stay in the area of the beach bath. The next snack only breeds unhealthy like Pommes, Currywurst Co. and so I ended up in the Hörnle . This restaurant is open only in the bathing season until September and from the Terasse where I took place, I had a fantastic view of the lake.
