Feedback gevenWe were to gas for the second time in this beautiful restaurant. eating was as usual very good. here you are also that you would never order and taste them! the service is friendly attentive and not stiff, which is unfortunately often the case in gourmet restaurants. it was a successful evening around. we're coming back!
We were once again guests in this particularly beautiful locality. a gourmet dinner on the gorgeous sea terrace is not more beautiful to get to the lake.Perfect service of many small and large helpers, each with courtesy and friendly individuality. very nice and extremely competent sommelier, who surprises the gast with fun and joy at the product. the kitchen of herrn hoberg and his team has been consistently top for years. the amuse are absolutely pointed. the patisserie almost unreached. you develop, try new ones too. with joy he seeks the constructive talk with guests and is open to their ideas.This time with new porcellan, which was significantly smaller than before. the filigreeness of the kitchen can hardly be surpassed. soon the guests will also need pinzettes (short!). the absolute special taste of the product is the foreground.We will be happy to come back and look forward to this young professionalism of this special team.Many thanks to all
There is not really much to write here. the ophelia, on and with views over the lake is each time a culinary highlight. always creatiw and fancy, without forgetting the basis. the bottom lake supplies many ingredients and also otherwise is mainly processed from the environment. the chef de cuisine, dirk hoberg, is in his kind of preparation and presentation one of the best that I have done.The service is really top-class. (Point)The weeping is always special and there are very often "oh - ahaaa!" effects. with his loose art and his wine journey the perfect complement. that this package has its price is completely in order. not only eating and drinking, but an experience is offered
We were invited to a high-time festival at this place. the menu was already fixed, maybe extra for the event. the combinations of different courses were very good. cungal discs, fried aal etc. had never before these wonderful dishes. the staff was very friendly, the facility great and the location with a beautiful view.
Beautiful terrace on the lake and wonderful culinary experience with a lot of love to detail. the menu is very clear - apart from a few important ingredients, not many information is passed on - which contributes to the surprise at tasting (and seeing) the dishes. special mention deserves for me the gänseleberpastete with pfirsich, really amazing. a rewarding investment for a special occasion.
