Cosy restaurant with beautiful small beer garden under 2 large chestnut trees. Family atmosphere. They feel welcome and good. The food was great. Very nice and attentive service. Definitely a favorite place.

The food is nice, it is a shame that the service is very slow. It was a hot day so that we die for a cold drink that took a long time to come, we drank very fast, waitress took the empty bottles, but did not offer us another and quickly leave. It was hard to catch any attention, maybe because it was lunch service, maybe more staff needed. Food took an extremely long time to turn. When it finally did, we really enjoyed the steak with chips, fish pasta, fish and salad, all very delicious. We needed ketchup for the chips that get another lot of time. After meal the dishes where taken, desert or coffee not offered. So we thought, let's get the bill that took another life, even ask two different waiters. If you have time and the patients of a saint, it is a great place with great food. Unfortunately, I wouldn't return.

A pub/restaurant with much atmosphere serving mostly Italianate food. This is an old building with an outside seating area in the summer. Very friendly welcome and smiling staff. Fine draught beer and delicious home-made minestrone soup served with garlic rye bread. Others were eating deliciously smelling pizze and substantial salads with big chicory leaves. A few viable options for vegetarians which is great. Took a wee while for the soup to arrive but what the hell. Local people eat and meet here so it's not touristy. Convenient for the city centre and about 8 mins to the Bahnhof. Clean toilets. Would like to visit again, the restaurant, not the toilets...
