Feedback gevenToday we ordered three pizzas, and we found hair in one of them. It was very unpleasant. I have always ordered from you and this is the first time I've encountered such an issue. I am really upset, and I've attached a photo.
On December 21, 2024, at 4:00 PM, a group of women was sitting at table 17. One of them asked to charge her phone and provided her charger. After some time, they returned a broken, damaged charger that wasn't hers. I kindly request feedback, and I would appreciate it if you could review the security footage to determine the time I can come to retrieve my charger. We hope this was a mistake and not an intentional act by the employee in that department to take someone else's property.
We really enjoyed our time here. The food was delicious and the ambiance was cozy. The atmosphere was calm and the waitstaff were polite. It was great to have a children's playroom, as the kids loved it. Overall, atmosphere: 5.
The pizza was inedible; the dough was rubbery. I read a lot of good reviews and was hoping to have a nice time, but in reality, it was a waste of my time. At least my stomach didn't hurt afterward. I won't even mention the service—does the manager keep an eye on the staff? Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
The Tomato is, as always, excellent. The service, the food, and the ambiance are all great, and we enjoy spending time here.
