Vishnyovy Sad - Korolyov

We celebrated a birthday in the upstairs hall. The food, atmosphere, and live music were all great, but the service was disappointing. What bothered us, and the neighboring table as well, was when the guests at one table left early and the waiters quickly started flipping chairs onto the table while we were sitting right next to them. There were still several hours until the restaurant closed. We had to call the manager over. They fixed the situation, but it left a bad impression; it felt like the staff considered the guests to be in the way.

I visited this restaurant twice over the past year, and both times the signature shashlik was not tasty, especially given the high prices. A few years ago, the same dishes were delicious.

I was disappointed with this restaurant! Five years ago, I celebrated my anniversary here and everything was great. But now, whether the management has changed or there’s another reason, the service was terrible. It felt like we came here to eat completely for free... Overall, I won’t be coming back to this place and I definitely won’t recommend it to anyone. The staff doesn’t greet guests warmly here!

The food is tasty, but it takes a very long time to be served, which seems unreasonable. It feels like the place is overflowing with customers. Additionally, not everything listed on the menu is available for order. Overall, it's a cozy and atmospheric spot.
