Starbucks (lotus's Kota Bharu)

This restaurant is cozy and comfortable. Parking is convenient and there are plenty of seats with spacious layout.

The restaurant opens at 8am. I came for breakfast after a morning walk in the surrounding area. The restaurant only has one door facing the road. Parking is currently free at Tesco Lotus.

The restaurant has a warm and cozy atmosphere with quick service. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

It's OK. not too busy of a place; unlike when it was first opened some time ago. Well, probably since another Starbucks is opened much nearer to downtown KB. KB Mall that is. Ultra friendly staffers. Gosh darn! My biggest qualm here and it also gives me antsy is the same thing happening with the other Starbucks @KB Mall: they use the awful Full Cream milk instead of Fresh Milk onto my latte. Hey Starbucks, although it's all about the Benjamins, but you should not compromise the quality. Try not to underestimate the Kelantanese; they also know a tad here and there about good coffee. If you continue this trend you're probably be losing to a few more local coffee outlets who are using fresh milk... (and of course they sell with lower margins)

Funny when u open only 1 counter during peak time (raya and holiday period). Staffs taking their own sweet time in taking orders and preparing drinks but that is not their fault entirely. Fatigue may be a contributing factor for the slowliness. Management need to manage properly during holiday period. There are also risks of staffs preparing contaminated coffees/foods if they are too tired. Just my 2cents.
