Sushi Musa - KOTARA

Would not recommend this place. They never have the seats on the left open whilst customers are lining up outside. We attended today and after waiting a while was told that no more food would be made and that we would have to just have what was there which wasn’t much left. When we asked why were we waiting whilst there are plenty of tables free we got a mumbled response and we could not understand her. Very rude. No customer service. I get staff deserve breaks but maybe don’t have them go at the same time so that customers can be served and people who have been waiting for some time can actually order what they want or get the food they were waiting for.

Turned bad recently, can only buy chicken sushi rolls very limited menu not sure why but been this way for months. Disappointing this place was the best at one point.

Terrible service, horrible lady !! being very rude since we sat down.. cannot have any of the yellow plates or anything fresh apparently. Do not waste your money here they do not deserve it.

They close for 2 hours of an afternoon but this is not included in their opening hours at the shop

Nothing beats a train filled with a variety of delicious sushi. There’s always an excellent selection, the sushi is beautifully presented, and we always leave feeling satisfied.
