I stayed there this Tuesday. I was welcomed by the receptionist, who was very nice and gave me a room on the 6th floor, which was very quiet, just what I needed after a tiresome trip from Mostaganem. The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable, I slept like a baby. I didn't check out the restaurant because I didn't have money on me for food, Maybe next time. The water pressure is good and both hot and cold water are available. The bathroom is very clean. I liked it. Some people complained about the location in reviews, and I can understand why, since it's a bit far from public transportation. BUT, for me, it was excellent, I needed to go to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, very early (around 6 AM) next day, and this hotel was super close to it. Good experience overall. What I wish they would add to the service : If the guest could have a menu in their room to know food prices in the restaurant, that would be SUPER AWESOME. I would be more inclined to check out the restaurant if I already had an idea on food prices and options. The TV doesn't have YouTube, just normal TV. People don't watch TV anymore. Having a YouTube options would be amazing.

For me the best experience was hotel staff. Very kind. I felt there like with my family. Very good kitchin, room was cleaned well, but the furniture needs to be renewed. Very good location. The top floor room is close to restaurant, too noise in the night. Excellent view.

Best hotel in Algiers with excellent quality and calm, quiet location, the rooms were extremely clean comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff and the general manager. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, (specially Sarah, she s the sweetest! . The restaurant was very flexible, the meals were extremely delicious and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had great evenings. My husband and I truly enjoyed every moment there. Would definitely recommend this hotel, It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.

First of all location is not good either for tourist or for business visitor. Hotel is newly built but rooms are very small. No great additional facility is available like even a socket pin, taxi or transport service etc. Staff talks good but first help. You have to arrange at your own only. Not happy at all. Limited staff, inadequate safety arrangements.
