Kalofego - Koufonisia

I was lucky to visit Kalofego Restaurant during my holiday in Kofanissi, and I have to say that it was one of the most extraordinary culinary moments of my life. The welcoming and authentic atmosphere of the restaurant makes you feel at home immediately. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even more special. But it's the cuisine that really shines at Kalofego. The dishes are prepared with fresh, local ingredients, and every bite is a discovery of authentic flavours. I highly recommend trying the fresh fish of the day, which is expertly cooked and impeccably presented. Furthermore, you cannot leave the restaurant without tasting the moussaka, a traditional Greek dish which reaches levels of perfection here. And if you love wine, the selection of local wines is exceptional and pairs perfectly with the dishes. Kalofego also offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Aegean sea, making it the ideal place for a romantic sunset dinner. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

The worst thing on the island with unprofessional staff! Half an hour to make two toasts and when I asked them what happens to the toasts they tell me where you are from Nicaea or the lark derogatorily! I told them I'm from where I like and I don't talk to racists who look at the world from where they come from! Although I'm not from Piraeus, finally when the children you have grow up and work, it can become a shop! Monopoly is good, but it brings such reductive behaviors! P.S.
