To-to - Kovrov

Great restaurant! We visited Kovrov for a tour and stopped by to grab a bite. The food was very delicious, and the portions were ample. The prices are reasonable. The cozy atmosphere, lovely soothing music, and fantastic waitstaff—especially Egor—made our experience even better. It's a pity this chain doesn't have locations in Moscow; we suggest expanding!

The place is very beautiful, but the service is terrible—0/10. We waited forever for just one salad.

When it first opened, it was one of my favorite places. However, over time, the quality of service has declined significantly. I used to give it a higher rating, but now I can only give it a 3 out of 5.

I would like to start with the phrase: we are not locals... we came from Moscow on business to the lovely city of Kovrov, looking for a place to eat, and stumbled upon this wonderful restaurant. Let me say this: I have been to many restaurants, but not every one of them can compare to the incredibly delicious food we had at TO TO. No Yakitoria or Tanuki even comes close, maybe the DRUZHBA restaurant on Novoslobodskaya or Beijing Garden on Elektroizavodskaya are somewhat comparable. We ordered the hunting pizza, teriyaki pasta, and teriyaki chicken... absolutely amazing, everything deserves a 5+. The only downside was that we had to wait a long time at first for the waitress, but that was probably due to the busy lunch crowd. By 2 PM, there were already available seats. In short, I highly recommend it! Definitely worth a visit! So delicious! Parking: There is always parking available.
