Koke Lab - Kowloon

I had in the past numerous desserts of koke lab and they never disappointed me. but this cake here was a real gem! the top layer of vegan cheese mousse was down the most realistic vegan cheesecake ever — seems like the secret ingredient is cocoa butter. it was so dense and smooth and rich and aromatic! it was also really good with the mango and passion fruit elements. it's surprising how good the chocolate bits were. updated by previous review on 2021 08 18

Vegan bakery with many cake options. They sometimes have mini-cake day so that you can try many different flavours in one go. We tried the roll cake this time. The combination of hojicha and fig is great! It looked artistic even though the cream on top messed a bit during travelling.
