Love Bento ài Jiā ài Biàn Dāng

This vegan bento restaurant, catering to the working people of Kwun Tong, was fantastic. The staff was friendly and the sushi was inventive.

I had originally planned to try the rice balls, but the owner ended up introducing me to a new item on the menu - the rice sandwich. The filling consisted of large brown mushrooms and two tempura discs, all wrapped in crispy seaweed. Despite its small appearance, I was pleasantly surprised by how filling it was. Each set also came with a soup and two small Japanese dishes, which was more than enough. Overall, the rice sandwich was a delicious and satisfying meal.
