Tong De Veggie - Kowloon

Easy to find. We visited during a week night and it was busy with what just seemed like a staff, so it took 5 or so minutes to get space. They told my friend in Chinese that they have recently updated their menu and only have the new ones in Chinese so that we translate google and order the photos on the menu! Hopefully they will have an English menu soon. Your menu marks dishes with egg, and my friends told them that I was vegan when they order what they understood. I give these five stars because we all loved the food (my friends are not veg), prices are reasonable, and it is a comfortable restaurant. We ate all the following: Mango rolls and avocado rolls vegan lamb skewers with a satay sauce dumplings in Sichuan sauce/Essignudeln in XO sauce spicy Sichuan Pot dessert from cold soup (taste of pineapple and mango not safe of name) We loved them all...! Most menus are vegetarian, but there are many vegan options also. We loved the lamb satay Skewers, Chili Knödel and Avocado Sushi. The Sichuan potato peel was quite average and I would not recommend it. Service, decor and price are all excellent. Would definitely go back.

This place has an English menu and staff who can speak English. The food is some of the best I 've tasted in Hong Kong. I think in general Hong Kong vegetarian offerings are very light on flavour but the things we ordered packed a flavour punch. The Taiwanese buns, and chicken vegetable hot pot, which was more like a clay pot. Service was polite and good. There is a service charge and small fee for the tea.

On the 1st floor of the building, take the elevator up. It has an extensive vegetarian menu, however the food is so so. Service is borderline rude, they would take away your plate with still food on it. Cash only, prices are subject to 10% service tax

The food here was delicious. The menu was clearly marked with a dairy or egg icon, which made it helpful for me to choose vegan options. The sushi dishes were our favourite. The food was quick, fresh and most importantly FULL of flavour. Staff were friendly and the restaurant has nice vibes. Loved it. Updated from previous review on 2018-07-18
