One of the best restaurants I have ever been. Located in the town center, next to the river with big parking nearby makes the place very convenient. Menu is simple and all the dishes are so good. We tried local fish which was exceptional. Service is also excellent. It is also one of the most expensive restaurants I have ever been but notice that this is my first Norwegian experience.

I have previously expressed my thoughts on this restaurant, but because I continue to be impressed, I will share again. The dining experience here is truly fantastic and should be approached with passion and attention to detail. It is evident in the attentive and knowledgeable staff that the management provides exceptional guidance. This restaurant was recognized as the best Norwegian fish restaurant in 2018, and I believe they deserve to win this award again in 2022.

We had a great dining experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious! I started with the crab gratin as an appetizer, which was flavorful with the smoked butter and salt cheese. The mackerel for the main course was cooked perfectly and served with potatoes. The service was decent, although the staff seemed a bit distant at times due to the busy dining room. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and plan on returning. Date of visit: July 29, 2022.

The restaurant was accommodating to our dietary restrictions and allergies, including vegetarian options and gluten/lactose-free dishes. It is the best seafood restaurant we have been to. The service was also excellent.
