Somtam Hua Saphan - Krabi

Great local food for a good price. Staff is very friendly. They are able to make Som Tam with the perfect amount of spiciness for my farang taste. Grilled fish and grilled dried beef are delicious.

Best place to eat in Krabi town if your looking for authentic northern Thai food. Barbecued fish with fantastic sauce, homemade sausages again with fantastic sauce, duck salad, pork salad and an atmosphere that is great. I hear that their somtum(papaya salad) is great as well, but too spicy for me Grandma is working the somtum station, and another sweet lady is working the bbq. The staff is beyond courtious, and the prices are very good. Menu's are offered only in Thai, but I'm sure you'll find some of the staff speaks at least enough English to get you some fantastic food in your belly. Oh, and their sticky rice is really good, fragrant and good texture. Maybe not the best place for vegans/vegetarians,however the tomato is tasty

Very delicious e-San food. Prices quite cheap Big Tom Yam with shrimps 150thb as example. BBq meat and fish also for very reasonable prices. If you in town and want to try Thai authentic food you must visit this place.

Best place to enjoy Esan cuisine in Krabi...We always stop by this joint to enjoy a chilled beer and authentic north eastern dishes here. BBQ Grilled fish Somtum...must try when you travel to Krabi. Owners are very friendly and they serve nothing but the best food to their guests. Good service, clean place and value for money. Another great place to enjoy a delicious lunch when travelling this coastal region area.
