Gródek - Krakow

This wonderful building stands for hotels from the 90s however it was very clean. My issue was upon arrival we wanted a drink in the bar and was told no drinks of any kind were avaliable, the restaurant was closed and hadn't been open since before covid. The rooms are dated and the breakfast was poor quilty with little choice. This is not a 5 star hotel as advertised

Unserious hotel. After a two-month reservation, they canceled our stay .... They sold it for a higher price to someone else when there was already a smaller measure against Covid ... They offered us some garage on the opposite side of Krakow ..... embarrassing.

It was charming and well located. Breakfast was good! The bed/bedding was a bit older and we were on the top floor which was much too hot. Had to ask for a fan and single sheets to sleep.

Small hotel. Super location at a dead end small road just inside the old town. Close to most attractions. Great attentive polite and helpful staff. We had a very quiet room. Housekeeping very good. Generous breakfast. Overall highly recommended

It is important to keep a balanced reviews. The hotel is cozy, pleasant and polite service, clean, tidy, water bottles for guests, close to the impressive center of Krakow. Unfortunately, the restaurant with a very sparse menu, and breakfast, it is desirable that someone pay attention to the availability of dishes. On two consecutive mornings half of the trays were empty! By the time they made eggs, hot dogs and bacon, it took more than 10 minutes. It's a shame not to switch trays, pls, load on clean trays. It would be better whene the morning's opening isn't squeaking. Still, I would recommend the place if the weaknesses are ignored.
