I will write first about the lousy service and then about the very mediocre food we ate. I went with my husband on Sunday lunch for lunch. The waiter told us from the beginning that there was no empty table and we would have to wait 20-25 minutes. After 15 minutes a group of 4 people came, who were also acquaintances of the waiter and he had them seated at a table within 10 minutes, while we waited outside in the cold already 25 minutes. The waiter's response was that he had not vacated a table for 2 people, but there was an empty table for 4 people and he did not want to put 2 people there... Here, I should note that all the tables were the same size, so very easily he could just to take out two chairs and the four table to become two. We were ready to leave, because in this store they look at where they will make more money and not who came to the store first. After 35 minutes we sat at a table frozen from the cold. As for the food, the most delicious dishes we ate were xygalo and apaki. The two meat and fries dishes arrived cold (yes, even the fries were completely cold! and very average in taste. First time I saw them put pieces of green pepper in braised goat. Both dishes were swimming in onion. While we were there, the shop followed the same tactic to the next customers. Outside, in the cold, there were two people waiting, while inside the restaurant there were at least 3-4 empty tables.
