Varied, attractive training; various muscle groups are trained intensively and specifically and the effects are explained. With a positive feeling, I leave the hall after completion of the training. The group is manageable and it is possible for the trainer to carry out corrections and if necessary. Help. It's also fun, so I'll definitely go on.
I am not exactly the sports cannon and have already attended many courses regarding movement, abdominal, legs Po etc. It usually does not have fun in the long term. On the other hand, I look forward to the weekly sports lesson of Jan and Philipp every week! This is due not only to the two, but also to the fact that, depending on the weather, we sometimes do indoors and sometimes outdoors, sports and of course to the always very different exercises that are adapted and that is a decisive advantage for the retirement age T50. So I don't have to compare myself with much younger participants. Other advantages: nice, small group, not Abozwang, but 10 he map, so it is not tragic if you can not, meeting point Thursday evening centrally in the southern city. This makes me sport happy!!!
Very competent and empathic trainers and sports therapists. They take into account individual diseases. This allows you to work well in the group and is not overwhelmed. I'll take a course once a week. My money is good and I also get a grant from my health insurance. You can also advise individually and receive a personalized training program. Since I have a big knee surgery, this is a great preparation for serious surgery.
Relaxed, yet demanding group training with great individual support. I always like to go with you!
