I was never ever treated so rude and disrespectfull by a waiter and later by his manager in my whole life (age 61). Do not go there!!!

One of the most rude places I have ever been. Employees shouting at each other, trying to order a drink for ages without them taking an order and ignoring you for atleast 15 minutes (even while walking past you several times), plates of food practically being slammed down on your table and they don't make you feel welcome at all. If I want to get treated like poorly as a customer I would go to a Karen's diner.

We went here to eat and the employees were all very rude. They did not make us feel welcome at all, took a very long time to bring us our food and even shouted at us. Though the food was all right, their treatment of us did not make it into a nice experience. Would not eat there again.

The service here was good. Kölsh beers were great and served promptly ;) The food was tasty but the portions (mainly the schnitzels) are small. I am not sure if we should have asked for a grilled Haxen (pork knuckle) because the one we got was boiled and didn't have any crackling so be sure to ask before ordering.Great German atmosphere and enjoyed our meal here.

We visited here as we wanted to try some traditional German food. Very varied and large menu to chose from. Great food at very reasonable prices.
