Cafe-Konditorei Hagmann

During a Danube River Cruise we stopped in Krems and had a chance to explore this city. The waitstaff were very friendly and explained various pastries to the non-German speakers in the group.

We managed to order our coffee and pastries and get a place out on their terrace where we could people watch . Service excellent as was the quality of food and drinks. Does get busy but so it should. If you are in the area, pop...in.

It's very easy to recognize since it feels a bit fancy. When we came, the 2nd floor was totally booked up by one big travel group. The cafe, cakes atmosphere taste very typical local style.

They offer a big variety of homemade cookies and cakes. Most of them are really great! They also have a great area for you to sit on the 1st floor. WiFi is for free and you are even allowed to plug in your tablet or...phone so you can charge it. Don't miss out if visiting Krems. Lovely and very very friendly staff.
