Pilaf - Kroonstad

Very nice restaurant with friendly staff. The food was affordable and the place had a relaxing atmosphere. I would recommend the chicken strips and their craft beer well worth the visit.

Great food, good service, nice ambience. Parking is in the street outside. Menu is excellent with diverse choices across the range without being too complex, food was excellently prepared and tasty. Portion sizes are generous, the waitress was very attentive accurate and speedy. Would have given 5 stars if they still did craft beer, but they stopped it. They may have fired the brewmaster but have kept the chef.

This will be my first time to give a 5 star rating, absolutely fabulous everything!! Third night in a row to eat here and I can honestly say that they exceeded all my expectations as far as taste, affordability and service goes. Absolutely delicious mutton curry (best I've ever had) Pizza made in a real wood fired oven you can build your own. And chicken fettuccine... just the right amount of everything. Well done guys. We'll definately visit again when we're in Kroonstad.
