We have been extremely loyal customers of DoppioZero Cradlestone but in the past two weeks it has been totally disappointing. We booked a table for 14 people and upon arrival we where told that another customer took our table and we had to wait for a table to be set up outside which we did not request as we had elderly people with us, nevertheless we spend over R2500.00. Today we waited for a very simple order for 2 people for over an hour even though people that arrived after us and ordered way later received their food. We will NOT be visiting any time soon as there seems be a total lack of leadership and customer service. Very disapointed.
