One of the best if not the the best sushi joint around. Tried them all and had the best experience here. Tempura cooked tot he point, freshness of fish is amicable, service is excellent. They can improve though on the flavor of their egg custard: it was rich with lots of flavorful ingredients. The texture and Dashi or soy was missing a notch. Food here is simple and flavorful. Minimal seasoning. Which is what you expect from a good Japanese restaurant. Thanks Sam :
