Sea Lounge - Kühlungsborn

I think the food was nice there except the chicken dish we ordered. Too much herbs and many small bones and a little stingy with just one prawn in the Paella. Fortunately, we had some money with us because there was a problem with card payment. Would have been good if the management would inform the customers before, otherwise would have been very embarrassing.

What a roller coaster ride! Had a good sarcastic laughter not present on the service, arrogant waiter, completely useless manager ...no card payment, reservation problems service wise the tip of the rear end. All food items came hot and well presented. Great taste and that made us order more, but it never came. I'm really sorry for the cook and the kitchen team, you deserve so much better. Guest: are prepared for a service night room, but the taste of the dishes is rewarded. I hope the kitchen team will go revolt and the service team will be replaced by trained hosts. And accept cards FFS, its embarrassing to break all cash together through a table of 6!!!

Great taste and this made us order more but it never arrived.I seriously feel sorry for the chef and the kitchen team, you deserve so much better.Guest: be prepared for a service nightmare but the taste of the dishes will reward.
