Exclusive Royal Barbican - Kumasi

Service was terrible, food was horrible , no hot water , AC didn't work ,TV in the room didn't work , no internet I had to ask before they will put pillow cases and they will not even issue a VAT invoice . Worst place I have stayed and I travel a bit around Ghana.

A very quiet environment and the rooms are clean and cute. political and responsive workers, but the only problems I had with the place are lacking on internet and sometimes mosquitoes are in the room

Room service is on point. Barbican is not difficult to locate

They really knw how to receive customers n stay with them, their services are the best, especially their quick response and customer relations
