Perfect stay, well maintained hotel with a large selection of dining in house restaurants. the staff was very polite and humble. exceptional room service with daily double housekeeping service. the rooms were spacious and huge with a fantastic city view. also the sunset from the room was really nice. the breakfast was really delicious with a lot of variety and live counters. a great and unforgettable experience.

We were a little skeptical to stay here but had a very pleasant surprise. the rooms are huge and well maintained, the pools are fabulous. good gym. eating was amazing trying the rindfleischburger (one of the best I had.) we visited the new year when the hotel was fully booked and there were clearly some about capacity questions (e.g. room service lasted extra long at the silvester.) but what has been for such a cliché was really nice warm and friendly. I would like, above all, to call out a member of the house staff samuel who literally went out of his way to be helpful, friendly and super friendly. expectations at the top. we were looking forward to seeing his smile face! overall, the employees were really charming in view of the apparently one of their hectic times. Thank you!

The best! last week I had organized my family meeting in the hotel and it was amazing. all my guests were super happy and the service agreements were beyond my expectations! sheron, who helped me to set up my desire, has done an excellent job and I cannot thank her enough for her care in organizing the event. the rooms were great and the money was totally worth it. kudos an crown plaza team to make my vacation an unforgettable experience!

A fantastic place for a relaxing stay/study. the employees are really helpful and cooperative. all offered services are really great. they have been very well focused on their aesthetic look and have kept the same to its true beauty. the pool also requires a special mention. her buffet was beautiful and organized. the courts were just as good. look forward to more quality time in this heavenly place kudos to the team.

We spent a weekend here in the last week of July. The hotel has a great ambience. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to make you comfortable. There are lots of things to do around the hotel and it’s surrounding lawns and swimming pool. Our room faced the lagoon and the view was awesome. The food was excellent we enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the hotel as well as the food at Restaurant Chef Kalesh, located within the hotel premises. Highly recommend this hotel!
